Shipping policy

Because we value all our wonderful and loyal customers, it is our policy to ship our unique pet accessories as inexpensively as possible. Many of our products are small and light enough to ship by Lettermail, therefore keeping the shipping costs low. This service does not include tracking or speed; there are other shipping methods we can use that will include these for a higher cost. If you are in a rush to receive our items, please contact us and we will ship by X-Press Post (within Canada). This is also an option when you get to selecting shipping for your order.

All International orders (USA included) must ship as parcels, and you can select the cheaper option unless you require speedier shipping.
